'i'm sorry'.. senang je nak cakap kan?
but some people just abused that phrase. they thought just by saying sorry, they can cut slack or claimed free fr responsibilities.
it's true that it is part of courtesy to apologise when u made mistakes or cause incovenience to other people. but saying sorry isnt the right thing to do to make people go your way.
all in all, x gune klu asyik2 cakap sorry but keep repeating the very same mistake kan?
